School for Strings Ensemble from Port Huron will be performing at this Classical concert. The group includes high school students, grades 9 through 12, playing violin and cello. The program will include familiar movements from some well-known pieces like the Pachelbel Canon in D and Mozart’s Eine Kleine Nacht Music. The ensemble is under the guidance of violinists, Rebekah Brown and Sander Kostallari with piano accompaniment by Matt Manhart. These seasoned musicians have wowed our concert audiences with their performances in past seasons. So we can expect these kids to provide a performance that will delight the audience as well. We can’t wait to hear them. This will be the second concert this season featuring young area musicians. It’s a great opportunity to support them while enjoying the talents of these budding musicians.
